this is an adorable story (POTATO HARVESTING RANCORS) oh my gosh. as an avid rancor fan myself (i still have the gigapet. YOU FED IT PEOPLE IT WAS THE BEST) this touches my hart :O

i dunno, bogleech, if you ever read the Courtship of Princess Leia? but there’s rancors in that too! on their home planet! 

basicly there’s a bunch of Force using women who tame and ride rancors around. they’re just big lumpy pets to them. which is why the rancor was so easily tamed by the trainer in jabba’s palace really :o rancors are kinda like wild horses. with huge teeth. and claws. and drool. and adorable beady eyes and smushed noses.
